La mission del ristorante La mission del ristorante è offrire un menu di livello ed una carta di vini di oltre 200 etichette in un ambiente informale.
È situato al primo piano di una casa colonica ristrutturata già adibita ad uso ristorativo, la superficie di 120 metri quadrati è divisa in 8 stanze tra cui: cucina, bar, lounge, servizi e 4 sale ristorante. Alte scaffalature in ferro blu Cina e multistadio fenolico color miele rivestono le pareti a tutta altezza lasciandone libere piccole porzioni nella quali alloggiano divanetti e tavoli. Le pareti il soffitto con le travi a vista sono di unica tonalità blu grigio, mentre il pavimento esistente in cotto è stato recuperato levigandolo riportandolo al colore della terracotta. Una parete totalmente rivestita con una wallpaper personalizzata da carattere e risolve il passaggio dalla sala lounge al ristorante attraversando la sala bar, il resto delle pareti sono impreziosite da un’importante collezione di stampe d’epoca sul tema dell’uva.
Ogni particolare è stato curato per garantire intimità e benessere al cliente, dall’impianto di filodiffusione al progetto illuminotecnico che permette di rendere visibile i prodotti in esposizione senza però inquinare la luce dosata sui tavoli.

The mission of the restaurant The mission of the restaurant is to offer a level menu and a wine list of over 200 labels in an informal setting.
It is located on the first floor of a restored farmhouse already used as a restaurant, the surface of 120 square meters is divided into 8 rooms including: kitchen, bar, lounge, services and 4 restaurant rooms.
High shelves in China blue iron and honey-colored phenolic multistage cover the walls at full height, leaving small portions free in which they accommodate sofas and tables. The walls, the ceiling with the exposed beams are of a unique gray blue tone, while the existing terracotta floor has been recovered by smoothing it back to the color of terracotta. A wall totally covered with a personalized wallpaper with character and resolves the passage from the lounge room in the restaurant through the lounge bar, the rest of the walls are embellished with an important collection of vintage prints on the theme of grapes.
Every detail has been taken care of to ensure intimacy and well-being to the customer, from the piped music system to the lighting project that allows the products on display to be made visible without polluting the light dosed on the tables.
