Il locale si trova lungo il corso di Avellino, disposto su 2 livelli, ed è la sede storica della pasticceria conosciuta anche per l’enoteca e la vendita di eccellenza elementari.
Vista la grande quantità di prodotti in vendita il locale è stato diviso in due: piano terra pasticceria caffetteria, piano inferiore l’enoteca.
Il principale da risolvere è stato dare uguale importanza e visibilità a tutti i livelli e soprattutto invitare il cliente a scendere al piano inferiore.
Due le soluzioni adottate:
La prima strutturale, ricostruendo la scala più larga in acciaio e vetro per darle maggiore leggerezza e trasparenza , e inoltre realizzando dei veri e propri “pozzi di luce” tagliando il pavimento del Piano superiore a creare della aperture vetrate;
La seconda scenografica, rivestendo tutta la parete del vano scale con specchi serigrafati contenenti nicchie espositive senza soluzione di continuità tra i due piani.
Il design è minimale, legno teck utilizzato per le superfici verticali e corian per i piani e superfici di lavoro.
La parte scenografica è affidata ai soffitti progettati con tagli luminosi e all’uso di pareti a specchio.

The restaurant is located along the Corso di Avellino, on 2 levels, and is the historic home of the pastry shop also known for the wine shop and the sale of elementary excellence.
Given the large amount of products on sale, the restaurant has been divided into two: ground floor pastry shop, lower floor the wine shop.
The main thing to solve was to give equal importance and visibility at all levels and above all to invite the customer to go downstairs.
Two solutions have been adopted:
The first is structural, reconstructing the larger steel and glass staircase to give it greater lightness and transparency, and also creating real “wells of light” by cutting the floor of the upper floor to create glass openings;
The second is scenographic, covering the entire wall of the stairwell with silk-screened mirrors containing seamless display niches between the two floors.
The design is minimal, teak wood used for the vertical surfaces and Corian for the tops and work surfaces.
The scenic part is entrusted to the ceilings designed with bright cuts and the use of mirrored walls.
