Gustolato è un brand italiano con sede in Croazia, un’azienda che produce gelato e cioccolato artigianale di alta qualità, che con questo locale inizia la sua esperienza nel retail.
Nato come primo store del futuro franchising, si trova nella piazza centrale della cittadina balneare di Novigrad, a pochi chilometri dalla sede produttiva.
Il format si basa su un concept smart, fresco e colorato, caratterizzato da materiali naturali come il rovere che ritroviamo sui soffitti e sul pavimento e dai colori sociali primari , declinati nei fumetti disegnati per il brand dal fumettista Ale Giorgini, che come una wallpaper rivestono le pareti del punto vendita.

Gustolato is an Italian brand based in Croatia, a company that produces high quality homemade ice cream and chocolate, which begins its experience in retail with this place.
Born as the first store of the future franchising, it is located in the central square of the seaside town of Novigrad, a few kilometers from the production site.
The format is based on a smart, fresh and colorful concept, characterized by natural materials such as oak that we find on the ceilings and on the floor and by primary social colors, declined in the comics designed for the brand by the cartoonist Ale Giorgini, which like a wallpaper cover the walls of the store.
