Azienda Agraria con degusteria
L’Azienda Agraria Le Mandrie di San Paolo rappresenta un’eccellenza umbra, che sorge all’interno del parco del Monte Subasio, gestita da una famiglia che ne è l’anima stessa.
La degusteria nasce come spazio dove i prodotti dell’ azienda: olio carni salumi e formaggi possono essere acquistati e degustati, e così un casolare situato all’interno della proprietà, appartenuto ai nonni Dante e Maria diventa la perfetta location.
Il progetto comprende la ristrutturazione dell’immobile, lo spazio a disposizione ricavato sono 80 mq divisi tra area preparazione, area cottura con griglia a vista ed area ristorante di soli 20 posti a sedere.
L’allestimento è semplice ed autentico, le scaffalature in abete verniciato a pennello ed in tubolare di ferro nero sono di nuova produzione e si mescolano con arredi di recupero come i tavoli o il vascone nell’antibagno, anche le pareti di tufo a faccia vista sono lasciate nella finitura originale e tinte a calce.

“Le Mandrie di San Paolo” Agricultural Company represents Umbrian excellence, which is located within the park of Mount Subasio, managed by a family that is its very soul.
The degusteria was born as a space where the company’s products: oil, meats, meats and cheeses can be purchased and tasted, and thus a cottage located within the property, which belonged to the grandparents Dante and Maria, becomes the perfect location.
The project includes the renovation of the building, the available space obtained is 80 square meters divided between the preparation area, the cooking area with open grill and the restaurant area of only 20 seats.
The set-up is simple and authentic, the shelves in brush-painted fir and black iron tubing are newly produced and mix with recycled furnishings such as the tables or the basin in the anteroom, even the exposed tuff walls. they are left in the original finish and lime-stained.
